While it would probably be more sensible to go for the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX at this point, Costco is offering up a deal that’s pretty hard to pass by.

Sony took some time today to update the community on the progress of Ice Cream Sandwich rollouts. Sony originally promised that all devices released in 2011 would receive the upgrade (and all devices in 2012 naturally will, as well).

New in the Google Store (not the Google Play Store, that’s the Galaxy Nexus ) is this $50 hoodie that will let folks know from a mile away how much you really dig Android. It’s green and fuzzy, but the giveaway is a set of antenna and eyeballs atop the hood, placing your head somewhere in the gaping mouth of the mobile operating system’s mascot. We never said it would make you look cool.

The LG Optimus 3D Max is now available in Europe, the first stop in a global rollout for the followup to last year’s glasses-free 3D handset. We first saw the Optimus 3D Max at Mobile World Congress where LG showed off the slimmer, lighter handset. Measuring in at 2MM thinner than the original, the 9.6mm handset still packs a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB RAM, and 8GB of internal storage within the frame of a 4.3-inch WVGA parallax barrier display.
