The device comes with Android 4.0, apparently, and while the listing’s title mentions “Google TV,” we can’t seem to figure out whether or not that’s the Google TV we all know and love or just an SEO trick.

For $15 you can get a one week pass with 300MB of bandwidth. Another $10 will get you 1.5GB for a month, $35 will get you 3.5GB for a month, and $50 will get you 5GB for a month.
