Hot on the heels of its CES unveiling of the Huawei P1/S smartphones, Huawei looks to be following up with a 10.1 inch tablet at the next major trade event – Mobile World Congress. Russian outlet hi-tech.mail.ru have leaked photos of the device which has a slim and metal chassis. It may come with Android 4.0 and it will have an 8 megapixel camera on its rear end.

Barens & Noble is looking to undercut the price of the Amazon Kindle Fire with the introduction of a Nook Tablet model with half the internal storage as the version currently available. According to The Verge , an 8GB Nook Tablet is headed to store shelves this Wednesday, February 22nd. A leaked document from Walmart says the new device will go on sale just as the clock strikes midnight and suggests that units are already arriving in stores.

Orange is reportedly conducting a bit of market research on their latest phone to bare a city-based name. Following devices such as the San Francisco and Monte Carlo, the Orange London is said to get a major boost in the specs department courtesy of Intel. Aside from being one of the first devices to utilize the new processor platform, the London also speculatively features an 8MP camera, 16GB of internal storage, and 4-inch Gorilla Glass display.

Late last year, we heard of two phones called the LG Spectrum , which has been officially released, and the HTC Fireball , which we still know almost nothing about. We do know that it’ll have 4G LTE (what Verizon phone doesn’t these days?) and may have GSM radios for global use. Today you can also add “WiFi” to that last, though I don’t think there was any doubt that we’d be missing out on that.
