We’re expecting the Samsung Galaxy S3 to arrive on the big 4 carriers here in the US, but unfortunately, nothing’s been announced yet. Well, here’s some good news for AT&T and T-Mobile customers. Both versions of the GS3 have just made their way through the Bluetooth SIG, revealing not much other than their BT capabilities, and corresponding model numbers (generic images have been used).

The version of the Galaxy S III headed to Japan’s NTT DoCoMo is just the beginning when it comes to smartphone’s chock full of RAM. That is Samsung’s hope, anyway. The company started making low-power 2GB memory modules for mobile devices last year and is now kicking the chips into mass production.

T-Mobile subscribers with the HTC Sensation 4G were ecstatic to learn that the carrier had begun pushing the handset’s upgrade to Android 4.0, but the process hasn’t been smooth for all. Not only does the update come with a change to T-Mobile’s mobile hotspot policy (you have to pay to play, now), but some users are losing their 4G data connection altogether after upgrading. The good news is that the missing data problem doesn’t appear to be all that severe and can be solved with one of several quick fixes

Before the release of the HTC One X , S and V, HTC was making the rounds, touting Sense 4.0 as the lightest, leanest version of their Android skin ever . We were inclined to believe them after seeing how zippy and kicky fast Sense was, not only real world usability tests, but in benchmarks as well.

Yesterday, we told you guys about the Samsung Galaxy S3 (and 19 other devices) slated to arrive in the land of the rising sun via Japanese carrier NT Docomo. Normally that wouldn’t be considered very important news to you guys, but get this — NT Docomo is listing their GS3 with the same dual-core S4 processor that’s been leaked to arrive in the US and, get this — it will supposedly arrive with 2GB of RAM.
